::: Jadual Pemakanan Sihat :::

Salam bersiaran semua...
Tika tok saya sedang bekerja dengan bersungguh2...ada new work baru jak masuk...I am happy but yet also worry....but that okay....
redah ajaklah...

Then I also worry about one thing...
This morning, I went to our office library and I met my colleague then she said that 
"saya semakin berisi"
then my feeling turn upside down when hearing that kind of statement...
oh nonono....
what am I suppose to do....
Lot of people said that I've put on weight....
But I'm not going to simply give up...I still have time to reduce "keberisian" yang semakin membara tok....
 Kindly read below...I get it from Mr. Google while I was browsing on the tips for slimmer body..

  1. yes! when ktk pernah aktif dlk. then suddenly stop tanpa ada aktiviti agik. yes ur size will gain twice ur usual size. mcm kmk hahahaha.... dlk aktif bersilat. once bersara. membesar dgn pesatnya dan aduhai sshnya nak trn balik. haishh....

  3. Menar ya... Mun nak cepat slim ktk kenak eksesais regularly... Iboh nak berat gilak.. Just yang simple2 jak... Kakya perlu minum aek kosong ari2... Sebab aek kosong tok melawas makanan n boleh mengurangkan intake makanan....
