1. GO EASY
Your skin doesn't need to be scrubbed to be clean. Mild, non-detergent cleansers are your skin's best friends.
Just like you, the best skin care products are multitaskers. Look for a moisturizer with a broad spectrum sunscreen that will help prevent premature skin damage and provide day-long hydration.
3. CLEAN ON THE INSIDE
Your skin is as healthy as you are. Eat well (lots of fruits and veggies), stay hydrated and get plenty of exercise for your - and your skin's - health.
4. THE RIGHT HABITS
make sure you cleanse away all makeup before bedtime, avoid heavy makeup when you can and change your towel regularly to avoid bacteria build-up.
5. SKIN PATROL
The best thing you can do to keep your skin safe and looking young is to stay out of the sun. Wear a big hat, long sleeves, and, of course, sunblock. If you're outdoors a lot, re-apply frequently.
